About Me

I have been making chocolates and cocktails for over 30 years and decided in my early 20’s that the two made a great pairing.

My parents’ kitchen was my experimental stomping ground, but not all my early ideas were successful, my recipe for naga chilli and vodka truffles was not for the faint hearted.

However, this is where I discovered which chocolate worked best with which spirit, and is why I mix the cocktail in the shell to bring out the best of each ingredient.

    All the chocolates are made fresh to order in small handmade batches to ensure quality and freshness.

    While cocktails are my speciality, I also do non alcoholic flavours and salted caramel, as well as vegan friendly options too.

    This is particularly handy when it comes to personalising wedding favours or special gifts.
